Series 1700

Single Open-Ended Snap-On Ring Assembly with Snap-Post Venting, Collar and External Overflow Reservoir

Equalization of pressure differentials is accomplished simply by jiggling a Snap-Post that ruptures a thermoplastic seal and serves as a passage for collecting extraneous fluid samples in an external reservoir.

The collar has applications for "sandwiching" small amounts of powdered or evaporated droplets in between two pieces of thin-film. Use for temporarily retaining thin-film windows in position prior to affixing with a Snap-On Ring. Taut thin-film sample planes are easily formed that resist leaking. Facilitate Snap-On Ring attachment with a Palm Held Fastener or a Snap-On Ring Fastener.

Cat. No: 1730-SE. Illustrated with Integrated Serrated Edged Snap-On Ring for thin-film window trimming.

32 mm diameter XRF Sample Cups with Snap-On Rings integrated with serrated cutting edges trim thin-film windows and avert contending with extraneous annoying clippings and static electricity charges.
