Sleeved Single and Double Open-Ended XRF Sample Cups have External Overflow Reservoirs

This Style of XRF Sample Cups boasts accommodation of large volumetric capacities and ease of assembly for applications in air, vacuum or inert gas.
A uniquely designed Sleeve is easy to handle, maintains a taut thin-film window with progressive attachment and forms a leak-resistant seal upon completion. The extra length of the sleeve enables almost complete envelopment of the thin-film virtually eliminating trimming.

The Single Open-Ended version incorporates a thermoplastic venting seal within an integrated external reservoir for collecting sample overflows. Rupturing the seal maintains a flat thin-film sample plane by eliminating pressure differentials between the sample cup and sample chamber. Available in assorted sizes for accommodation by different x-ray instruments.
The Double Open-Ended version allows top sample loading. Cat. No. 1095 is provided with a Vented Snap-On Cap for pressure equalization applications. Additional versions of this type additionally integrate Internal Overflow Reservoirs as described in Style 2100 XRF Sample Cups.
