XRF Sample Cups Overview

SERIES 1000 Create wrinkle-free thin-film sample window planes with uniquely designed sleeves. Extra wide sleeve envelops window material that virtually eliminates trimming. Integrated thermoplastic seal venting provision maintains pressure equalization. External reservoir collects overflow sample material. Also, see 1850 Series for 32, 40 and 43 nominal diameters.
SERIES 1300 Controllable venting feature between 32 and 40 mm diameter sample cups and cap enable re-sealing. Cap contains integrated external reservoir. Available with serrated cutting edges integrated in the Snap-On Rings * for trimming excess thin-film window materials. No scissors required.

SERIES 1500 32 and 40 mm diameter double open-ended sample cups accept thin-film windows on one end and either a Snap-On Cap with four tiny slits or Microporous Film on the other ends for equalizing pressure differentials. SERIES 1600 Vented Snap-On Caps lock onto the 32 40 mm diameter 1500 Style sample cups for maintaining pressure equilibrium with the sample chamber. Attached, they form a series of internal physical barriers that prevent powdered samples from escaping.
SERIES 1700 A Snap-Post on the 32 and 40 mm diameter cells provide the venting means for maintaining pressure equilibrium. A simple jiggle of the post ruptures a thermoplastic seal within the external overflow reservoir.
